Location Touchpoints
Contract Cleaning and Security Companies need to prove that staff have attended designated "TouchPoints" at set "LoopTimes". Outdated technologies such as paperslips and "wands" that rely on day-end downloads are just not delivering to customers expecations.

As part of our Integrated Time & Attendance, TouchPoint allow Cleaning or Security staff to Touch-On at specified points, with information instantly available to all parties.
Setup Touchpoints, looptimes and alerts
Setup "Touchpoints" with QR codes insite the required sites to identify different locations. Setup required looptimes and alert schedules that will trigger if they are not attended.
Touch on and off
Staff "clock in" to the site as normal. Then they "touch-on" to specific locations and indicate on the mobile device their actions. They can enter general notes. Once they "touch-of" the information is available online.
Real-Time reporting
All information captured is available in real-time, unlike the competition. Attendance notes and reasons are visible and clients can have access to these online through their own dedicated client pannel.
