Equipment Management

Record assets against the site for trace-ability and accounting purposes. Equipment purchases at the start of the contract can be ordered with Templa CMS Stock module and assigned as a site cost.

 

Purchase & Assign to Sites

Order equipment for new contracts. Track the purchase process. Once received, assign it to a site and the costs associated is presented on the contract. Track the location of the item by site.

Test & Tag

Create any number of additional fields for each asset. Track Test and Tag dates, serial numbers, service dates, warranty periods, disposal date.

Track & Audit

Assign to site, move between sites. Assign to workshop for items awaiting repair. Report complete history of movements. Field managers can transfer equipment between sites.

Maintenance

Track maintenance history of equipment items and expiry of warranty dates.
