Clients login and raise requests. Jobs, Urgent Issues, Missed Cleans etc. Emails are sent to all parties involved and requests can be updated from any mobile device. Escalation rules move requests higher if not completed in the required timeframe.

FacilityOnline Requests is setup in minutes so client can raise them online in their own dedicated portal. Creating custom requests with escalation rules means all possible scenario's can be captured.

Escalation, assignment

Setup escalation rules by request type. For example, Complaints and OH&S incidents are escalated in 4 hours, other can wait a bit longer. Quote's go to one person, Complaints go to someone else.

Accountability and reporting

As all requests are raised in a dedicated system and tracked, response times can be measured. Ensure clients know your KPI's. Report on how fast you are responding and completing any type of request.
